There’s no hiding from this predator.
The latest entry in the horror-s/f Predator franchise–a Hulu original film called Prey–last year introduced fans to a new kind of alien hunter–the Feral Predator.
More physically violent and less dependent on armor and technology, this Predator now has been captured in an action figure by NECA. Check out photos of the collectible–courtesy of Toyark–on this page.
The Feral Predator Ultimate seven-inch scale figure features a removable mask, swap-out mouths for the unmasked portrait, multiple interchangeable hands, a shield, removable wrist blades and an assortment of deadly weapons.
Pre-order links for the figure–priced at $40–are available at Entertainment Earth and Big Bad Toy Store. The figure is scheduled to land on store shelves this September.
Prey–directed by Dan Trachtenberg from a screenplay by Patrick Aison–is set in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago, and follows Naru, a young warrior woman who sets out to protect her people from danger. But, her prey is a highly evolved alien Predator, and the confrontation is “a vicious and terrifying showdown between the two.”
