| THR is reporting that MTV is currently developing an hour-long “found-footage mystery” project in the style of Paranormal Activity, titled The Experiment. The scripted effort is based on a story by Brian Horiuchi (Terminal D) and Miguel Sapochnik (House), with Paranormal’s Jason Blum (The River) executive producing through his Blumhouse Productions. Naomi Despres (The English Teacher) is also attached as an EP, with Horiuchi set to write and Sapochnik on board to direct.
