This is one persistent living vampire.
Morbius–the Sony Pictures adaptation of the Marvel Comics anti-hero–did not draw much blood when it swooped into theaters in April (or even when it was re-released over the summer), but it’s back again–this on Netflix. Check out the official Twitter post–courtesy of comicbook.com–on this page.

The film was even made available on digital, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD in June, so it has certainly made the rounds, trying to drum up interest. Now it’s time for Netflix subscribers to judge for themselves.
Morbius–directed by Daniel Espinosa from a screenplay by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless–stars Oscar winner Jared Leto as Dr. Michael Morbius, who tries to cure himself from a rare blood disorder, but inadvertently infects himself with a form of vampirism.
The Marvel Comics Morbius character–created by writer/editor Roy Thomas and artist Gil Kane–debuted as a villain in The Amazing Spider-Man No. 101 way back in 1971, and later starred in the black-and-white Vampire Tales from 1973-1975.
