Mezco Readies Art The Clown Figure For 2024 Release

by Thomas Tuna

Here’s a real “terrifying” collectible.

Mezco will debut an MDS Mega Scale figure of Art the Clown–famed slasher from the Terrifier film franchise–in the spring of 2024. Check out photos of the figure–courtesy of Toy News International–on this page.

The 15-inch-tall Art the Clown figure–available for pre-order at $98–comes complete with his familiar black-and-white clown outfit–with poms poms down the front and ruffles around the neck and wrist. Of course, a bloody hacksaw is clenched in his right hand.

And–as an extra added bonus–if you press a discreet button on the back, get ready for some blood-curdling sounds.

Art the Clown first appeared in the short films The 9th Circle (2009) and Terrifier (2011) before making his feature film debut in 2013’s All Hallows’ Eve. Then, starting in the canon Terrifier series, the maniacal character was played by David Howard Thornton.
