Mezco Toyz this week said it’s accepting pre-orders for a new Living Dead Doll inspired by the Father’s Day segment of the 1982 Creepshow horror anthology. Check out photos of the new collectible–courtesy of Toy News International–on this page.
The decaying “living dead” figure of Nathan Grantham–which stands 10 inches tall and boasts five points of articulation–comes with the decapitated head of his daughter Sylvia–covered with icing and candles and resting on a silver platter. Happy Father’s Day, everyone.
The frightening figure–packaged in a window box for displaying–will ship sometime between February and April of 2023.
In the bizarre Father’s Day segment of Creepshow–from director George A. Romero and screenwriter Stephen King–a demented old man returns from the grave demanding the Father’s Day cake his sinister daughter never gave him.
