The DC Comics Deadman figure stands seven inches tall and is designed with 22 moving parts for full range of posing. The figure–which comes complete with spirit and smoke effects–includes a collectible art card with figure photography on the front and a character biography on the back.
In DC Comics lore, Deadman is a ghost who once walked the Earth as circus trapeze artist Boston Brand, whose stage persona included a red costume and white corpse makeup. When Brand was murdered during a performance by a mysterious killer known only as the Hook, his spirit was given the power to possess any living being in order to search for his murderer.
Deadman–created by Arnold Drake and Carmine Infantino–debuted in Strange Adventures No. 205 way back in October 1967.
