Major Villain Returns in Teaser for ‘Stranger Things 4’

Big news for fans of the Stranger Things franchise as Netflix revealed a teaser for Season 4 earlier today. The trailer, which can be seen below, takes us back to the Hawkins National Laboratory where we see Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine) walking down the hallway and into a room to see “his children.”

The third season of Stranger Things ended with Joyce and her children, Jonathan and Will, along with Eleven, moving out of Hawkins, Indiana. A cutscene, shown at the end credits, shows a snowy Russian base in Kamchatka. The base houses a very dangerous captive, a demogorgon and the creature is being fed other prisoners. As one of the Russian soldiers passes by the cells he is told, “Not the American,” and another unlucky prisoner is chosen instead.

While there has been no confirmation of Hopper being the prisoner, Netflix has confirmed the character will return for the fourth season of the hit series.

As of the time of this writing there has been no release date revealed. Keep it locked to Horror News Network for the latest on Stranger Things.
