One is the loneliest number.

Lovely, Dark, and Deep–a new psychological horror pic that took its bow at the Fantasia International Film Festival–will now kick off sales at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival, according to Variety.

Blue Finch Film Releasing has wrapped up global distribution rights to the film, with XYZ Films handling domestic sales.

The movie–from writer/director Teresa Sutherland (Midnight Mass)–follows Lennon (Georgina Campbell), who “seizes on an opportunity to become a back-country ranger at a remote outpost.”

But, while adapting to her solitary existence, Lennon “becomes aware of a lurking, sinister presence. Driven by her need for answers, she starts a journey through the ominous terrain, seeking to unveil the mystery that has haunted her since childhood.”

The film–which also stars Nick Blood and Wai Ching Ho–is produced by Josh Walk, with Stephanie Coimbra, Molly C. Quinn, Matthew M. Welty and Elan Gale serving as executive producers.
