Hiya Toys has designed a new Leatherface figure based on the recent Netflix Texas Chainsaw Massacre reboot of the Tobe Hooper horror classic. Check out out the photos–courtesy of news.toyark.com–on this page.
The 1/18-scale figure–which stands almost five inches tall and has 15 points of articulation–comes with a chainsaw (natch) and two sets of interchangeable hands. The collectible–expected to release in the fourth quarter of this year–does not yet have a price point.
The Netflix Texas Chainsaw Massacre–directed by David Blue Garcia from a screenplay by Chris Thomas Devlin–is set several decades after the 1974 original and focuses on Leatherface targeting a group of young adults and confronting a vengeful survivor of his previous murders.
