Was that a knock at the door?

M. Night Shyamalan’s latest genre effort–Knock at the Cabin–hit theaters in early February, and already has a date to start streaming on Peacock.

The thriller–which was the filmmaker’s seventh movie to open at No. 1 at the domestic box office–lands on Peacock this Friday, March 24–and then arrives on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD May 9.

The feature–written and directed by Shyamalan and based on Paul Tremblay’s 2018 novel The Cabin at the End of the World–stars Dave Bautista, Rupert Grint, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ben Aldridge and Jonathan Groff.

In the film, a young girl and her parents are vacationing at a remote cabin when their world changes forever. Four armed strangers knock on their door and demand they make “an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse,” according to the synopsis.

Frightened and cut off from the rest of the world, the family “must decide what they believe–before all is lost.”
