Kim Dickens has been cast as the female lead in AMC’s “The Walking Dead’ companion series. Known for her roles in ‘Gone Girl’ and ‘Sons Of Anarchy’, Dickens is going to play the role of Nancy Tomkins. Tomkins is a working mother, and guidance counselor, who is dating her co-worker Sean, played by Cliff Curtis. Her character also has a troubled past, which we will learn about at some point in show. Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey have been cast as Tomkin’s children, who co-star in the series.
