Currently one of the hottest commodities in Hollywood right now, recent Academy Award winner, Jordan Peele, has been confirmed to host and narrate the CBS All Access reboot of genre classic The Twilight Zone, according to Deadline.
Peele, who also serves as Executive Producer, spoke about The Twilight Zone’s legendary creator, “Rod Sterling was an uncompromising visionary who not only shed light on social issues of his time, but prophesied issues of ours.” The revamped version of The Twilight Zone will be produced by CBS Televisions Studios in association with Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions and Simon Kinberg’s Genre Films.
Will the reboot be able to match classic episodes like To Serve Man or The Eye of the Beholder? Fans will have to wait until 2019 for the answer. Horror News Network will bring all the latest news on the reboot of The Twilight Zone as it becomes available.
