Halloween Ends–which hits theaters and Peacock Oct. 14–will (reportedly) be the last time horror fans will see Laurie in a life-and-death struggle with Michael Myers. And the people bringing this final battle to the screen are director David Gordon Green and screenwriters Danny McBride, Paul Brad Logan and Chris Bernier.
The film–set four years after the events of Halloween Kills–finds Laurie finishing her memoir while living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak). But that peace is destroyed when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, setting off a flood of “violence and terror that forces Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control.”
Halloween Ends also stars James Jude Courtney as Myers, Will Patton, Kyle Richards, Omar Dorsey, Michael O’Leary and Nick Castle.
