James Wan has great news for fans of his horror films. Patrick Wilson will play Ocean Master, Aquaman’s evil half-brother in Wan’s new Aquaman film.

Wan and Wilson have collaborated extensively in the past. Wilson has starring roles in both the Insidious and The Conjuring franchises, and Wan has often praised his work in interviews. In fact, James Wan once said that if he ever had the chance to direct a Batman movie, Patrick Wilson would be his first choice to play the caped crusader. Casting Wilson in this DC Universe role is pretty darn close to fulfilling that dream!

Once Aquaman is finished, he two will likely collaborate again on another Warner Brothers production: The Conjuring 3. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for more news on James Wan and Patrick Wilson as it develops.
