Can anyone ever stay safe?
A new horror-thriller that deals with a pandemic hotzone–Stay Safe–is now in post-production, according to a report on Deadline, and the lead actors have been announced.
Kate Miner (Shameless) and Jason Canela (The Rookie) star in the feature, alongside Katalina Viteri (Fortress) and Daniela Delfino (Duels).
The film–set on the frontlines of a pandemic hotzone–follows army surgeon Eva (Miner) as she tries to “uncover the truth behind a subliminal message she received from a patient, while dealing with the unexpected arrival of an illegal immigrant into her home,” according to the synopsis.
Stay Safe–produced by Joseph and Alex Cohen–is directed by Carlos V. Gutierrez (Locked In) from a screenplay by David Gregg, Gia Neri and Rolando Vinas (from a story by Clarence Williams IV).
