“I need to leave this ship!”
Haunting of the Queen Mary–a psychological horror film originally titled The Queen Mary–will hit theaters and on-demand in about two weeks, and a trailer arrived this week. Check out the jump scare-filled video on this page.
The film–heading toward an Aug. 18 release–was shot on the iconic ocean liner and chronicles the mysterious and violent events surrounding one family’s voyage on Halloween night in 1938.
The feature–directed by Gary Shore (Dracula Untold) from a screenplay by Stephen Oliver and Tom Vaughan–follows “a haunting story that unravels between the 1930s and the present time–telling the tale of two families whose lives become violently entangled.”
The cast includes Alice Eve (Star Trek Into Darkness), Joel Fry (Games of Thrones), Nell Hudson (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), William Shockley (Death in Texas) and Lenny Rush (Am I Being Unreasonable?).
