We have very sad news to report as Harold “Egon” Ramis has passed away.
Ramis was surrounded by family when he died at 12:53 a.m. from complications of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis, a rare disease that involves swelling of the blood vessels.
Ramis’ talents have touched a slew of classic comedies including Stripes, Meatballs, Animal House, Caddyshack and of course, Ghostbusters.
