Genre Star Joins Growing Cast Of Horror-S/F Pic ‘Companion’

by Thomas Tuna

What kind of companions are these?

Companion–a new horror-s/f flick that’s been shrouded in mystery to this point–added another cast member this week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sophie Thatcher–already known for her roles in The Boogeyman and Yellowjackets–will join lead Jack Quaid, Harvey Guillen, Megan Suri and Lukas Gage in the New Line Cinema thriller from writer/director Drew Hancock.

No details on the storyline or release window have yet been announced, but with the cast quickly firming up, those blanks are likely to be filled in before long.

Zach Cregger (Barbarian), Raphael Margules and J.D. Lifshitz are producing the film, with Tracy Rosenblum and Andrew Childs serving as executive producers.
