Full Trailer Drops for ‘A Quiet Place: Part II’

Picking up with a flashback to what appears to be the start of the invasion of the extraterrestrial beings that plague the Abbott family in 2018’s hit film A Quiet Place, the trailer for the 2020 sequel, A Quiet Place: Part II, seems to promise a much broader scope of land than we were originally shown in the first film; which was mainly centered at the family home and surrounding areas.

Once again written and directed by John Krasinski, the film brings back his wife Emily Blunt as Evelyn Abbot, Millicent Simmonds as Regan Abbott and Noah Jupe rounding out the returning Abbot family as Marcus. Joining the cast is newcomer Cillian Murphy who apparently escaped the events of 28 Days Later only to find himself in the midst of another apocalypse.

The synopsis from Paramount Pictures is as follows:

Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.

Look for A Quiet Place: Part II in theaters on March 20th, 2020 and enjoy the trailer below.

Stay gory my friends.
