Fox Reveals Trailer and Clip for ‘The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror XXXI’

The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror XXXI will soon be haunting the airwaves, and the folks at Fox have just the thing to whet everyone’s appetite for some more comedic thrills. The network released an official trailer for the episode and a brief clip from the show itself.

This year’s Halloween special will feature three stories. “Toy Gory” is a CGI Toy Story spoof about Bart’s toys turning against him. “Into the Homerverse” will show off a variety of Homer Simpsons from alternate universes à la Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. “Be Nine, Rewind” will stray into Russian Doll territory with a story that sees Lisa experiencing her birthday over and over again.

The episode will air on Fox this Sunday at 8:00 PM, EST. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for complete coverage of all upcoming Halloween specials as soon as they break!
