Shyamalan is throwing the door open.

Knock at the Cabin–the latest thriller from acclaimed filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan–has been shrouded in mystery so far (as the director likes it), but now a trailer has dropped that affords some hints at the horrors to come. Check out the video on this page.

The new film–written and directed by Shyamalan and inspired by Paul Tremblay’s novel The Cabin at the End of the World–wrapped production back in June and is expected to hit theaters Feb. 3, 2023.

The basic storyline of the movie–starring genre standouts Dave Bautista, Rupert Grint, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ben Aldridge and Jonathan Groff–follows a couple and their young daughter who visit their cabin in the woods–only to be attacked by four strangers who claim the family is the key to preventing the apocalypse.
