Just yesterday, Horror News Network reported on the plans the Duffer Brothers have to open up a writers’ room next month to work on the fifth and final season of Stranger Things, and now a new featurette has dropped to give fans a refresher course on the roster of monsters making everyone’s lives miserable. Included in this monstrous Who’s Who are the Demogorgan, the Demodogs, the Demobats, the Mind Flayer and the Tom-Bruce Monster–with the star of the show being, of course, Vecna. Quite a lineup.
Fans who want to revisit all these horrors can watch the first four seasons of the hit show–now streaming on Netflix–and can always look forward to Season 5, which does not yet have a release date. And, waiting in the wings, series creators Matt and Ross Duffer have definite plans for a spinoff of Stranger Things after the fifth season wraps up.
Ross Duffer said the team would “start delving into the spinoff as soon as we’re winding down with Season 5.” His brother added that he’s “so excited about it. It’s going to be different than what anyone is expecting–including Netflix.”
