A new featurette that lends some insight into Thanksgiving–the new horror pic that expands on the Eli Roth mock trailer that appeared in 2007’s Grindhouse–has dropped, and you can see it on this page.
Thanksgiving–set for a theatrical release Nov. 17–is directed and produced by Roth from a screenplay he wrote with Jeff Rendell.
The TriStar Pictures and Spyglass Media feature follows a mysterious killer known as John Carver as he stalks the quiet streets of the small town of Plymouth, Mass. Unfortunately for the local residents, Carver’s idea of a perfect Thanksgiving Day includes making them part of a bloody carving board.
The cast includes Patrick Dempsey, Addison Rae, Neil Verlaque, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Milo Manheim, Gina Gershon, Rick Hoffman and Tim Dillon.
