The story follows the antics of Sgt Jackson a hardened soldier of World War 2. He lands with his men on the beaches of Normandy during the D-Day invasion, but has gone slightly off course without knowing. After being battered on the beach by the Nazi mortars, the men enter into a cave thinking it’s a safe haven – they couldn’t have been further from the truth. Greeted by a bunch of kids and the ‘Herdsman’, the soldiers soon come under attack from a new kind of enemy – one that eats flesh and is very hungry. Read our review by Phil Hill below.
