Exclusive: ‘Dead Mall #3’ Preview

by Rob Caprilozzi

Bram Stoker Award winner Adam Cesare (Clown in a Cornfield) and artist David Stoll are proving that shopping at a mall can be real hell.

In the mini-series Dead Mall, Cesare sets the story at the Penn Mills Galleria, a mall which is set to be demolished.  Prior to its demolition, five teenagers want one last look at what this structure has to offer. Unfortunately for the teens, they find out that the mall is far from abandoned and terror ensues.

On February 8th, Dark Horse Comics is set to release the third issue of Dead Mall and we have an exclusive preview below. The synopsis of this issue is as follows: “As the survivors try to evade the grasp of the Mall Walkers, reality begins to bend within the mall. Past and present bleed together, unleashing creatures from across the history of Penn Mills. And just as the teens think they may have found a way out, they come face to face with an all too familiar horror.”
