DVD & Blu-ray Releases: February 17, 2015

Now that we’ve gotten all of that romantic crap over and done with from this past weekend, let’s get back to what matters most: scary movies.  There are a total of 19 releases this week, fiends.  2 of those releases are collections, so check those out at the bottom of the list.  This week sees 1989’s Phantom Of The Opera (Robert Englund) finally getting its Blu-ray release date. Also this week, depending on who you talk to, the V/H/S: Viral DVD and Blu-ray releases are either the best thing to come out this week or the absolute worst.  For you wrestling enthusiasts, I’ve come to the conclusion that the V/H/S series is like the John Cena of the horror world.  You either love those movies or you hate them with a passion and feel the need to repeat just how much you can’t stand them as often as possible – there is no in between.  Outside of that, there is a whole slew of movies that came out in the past year or so, so be sure to check them all out.  As always comrades, pleasant viewing.
