Hocus Pocus 3 is on the drawing board–as reported earlier this week–and now Disney has announced that the same creative team will work behind the cameras for the three-quel.
Anne Fletcher will again sit in the director’s chair and Jen D’Angelo will return as screenwriter of the third installment, according to a report on The Wrap.
No word yet if the spooky trio of Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy will reprise their roles as the Sanderson Sisters, but it’s a sure thing the producers will try to lock them in.
Last year’s Hocus Pocus 2–which proved to be a smash hit for Disney+–follows three high school students as they try to stop the Sanderson witches “from wreaking a new kind of havoc on Salem before midnight on All Hallow’s Eve.”
