by Thomas Tuna

It’s all in the phone.

Cellphone–a new horror pic from Gravitas Ventures–is headed to the big screen next month, according to a report on Screen Rant, and a trailer arrived this week. Check out the video on this page.

The film–a feature-length version of a short that director Luke Sommer made back in 2012–was scripted by Rachel Sommer. The movie lands in theaters Feb. 13.

Starring Whitney Rose Pynn, Justin Malik Jackson and Jared Noble–and featuring Malcolm McDowell–the film follows Wynne (Pynn), a woman grieving the death of her fiance (Noble).

Making matters worse, her cellphone starts showing her “disturbing images relating to her future.” She must now learn the meaning behind the images “before the forces behind them take a fatal toll.”
