CT HorrorFest 2019’s ‘Halloween’ Panel with Danielle Harris and Don Shanks

Horror goddess Danielle Harris and Michael Myers himself in Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, Don Shanks joined CT HorrorFest organizer Christine Caprilozzi on stage for a panel September 14th at the horror convention.

The duo talked about working with Donald Pleasence, being a part of a massive horror franchise, the Halloween reboot and more. Danielle Harris opens up about the Blumhouse Halloween franchise while Don Shanks spills the beans on a kill that was left out of Halloween 5 which saw Michael slice and dice an entire SWAT team.

Harris made her Halloween debut in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers and would go on to reprise her role in the follow-up Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers. The role of Jamie Lloyd was recast in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers and played by J.C. Brandy.

Shanks appeared as Michael Myers in the fifth film of the franchise which was released on October 13, 1989.
