The new figure–available for pre-order now from Entertainment Earth for $34.99–is expected to ship in September. A black-and-white version will be available at a later date.

The collectible comes complete with three extra pairs of hands and three interchangeable head sculpts. The figure ships in a display-friendly window box with an opening front flap.

The 1954 black-and-white Creature from the Black Lagoon–directed by Jack Arnold from a screenplay by Harry Essex and Arthur Ross–stars Richard Carlson, Julia Adams and Richard Denning.

The film follows a group of scientists who encounter an amphibious humanoid in the waters of the Amazon. The Creature–also known as the Gill-man–was played by Ricou Browning underwater and by Ben Chapman on land.
