In this jail, escape is not an option.
The Flood–another “pick-your-favorite-animal-gone-bonkers” horror flick–is coming to a theater near you (and your home) in a couple of months. And, as the trailer on this page shows, it’s alligators wreaking the havoc.
The film–from director Brandon Slagle (Attack of the Unknown) and screenwriters Chad Law and Josh Ridgway–will get a theatrical, on-demand and digital release July 14.
The Flood–starring Casper Van Dien, Nicky Whelan, Louis Mandytor, Devanny Pinn and Randy Wayne–deals with a horde of hungry alligators that are “unleashed on a group of in-transit prisoners and their guards after a massive hurricane floods Louisiana,” according to the synopsis.
The feature is produced by Daemon Hillin and Amy Covell.
