Not everyone wanted to wait in line two days to see a Star Wars panel, and for those people there was the second most anticipated movie event of SDCC, “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!” Ok, that may be a tiny bit exaggerated, but you really can’t go wrong with the Sharknado cast and creators. Lots of great stories were told, such as Ian Ziering’s concerns about getting attacked by the Secret Service while running across the White House lawn and having so many celebrities who wanted to be in the movie that Ferrente had to keep re-writing parts to accommodate them. Best quote was from Thunder Levin: “Sharknado as a shared communal experience is saving our society.” Amen, brother!
