The team behind the upcoming horror flick Come Play sure hope so. Starting tomorrow, October 21, a Snapchat Face Lens adapted from a scene in the movie will become available. The team also promises a World Lens component as a part of the Lens launch.
Directed by Jacob Chase, Come Play stars Gillian Jacobs, John Gallagher Jr, Azhy, Winslow Fegley.
Newcomer Azhy Robertson stars as Oliver, a non-verbal autistic boy who feels different from everyone else. Desperate for a friend, he seeks solace and refuge in his ever-present cell phone and tablet. When a mysterious creature uses Oliver’s devices against him to break into our world, Oliver’s parents (Gillian Jacobs and John Gallagher Jr.) must fight to save their son from the monster beyond the screen.
