Blumhouse Television To Adapt New Novel ‘The Quiet Tenant’

The life and times of a serial killer.

The Quiet Tenant--the debut novel of Clemence Michallon–will be adapted as either a limited series or a film by Blumhouse Television, according to a report on Deadline.

The author will serve as executive producer for the adaptation of the book, which has been described as an “expertly paced psychological thriller.” No screenwriters have yet been selected.

The Quiet Tenant–published this month by Knopf–follows a serial killer, and is narrated by those closest to him–his 13-year-old daughter, his girlfriend and the captive victim he has chosen for death.
