BBC Releases First Teaser of ‘Dracula’ Mini-Series

As Count Dracula is continuously returning to life, so to are the adaptations of the original Bram Stoker novel. Today the British Broadcasting Corporation has released the first teaser for the new Dracula mini-series set to star Claes Bang as the Prince of Darkness himself set in 1897 Transylvania and Victorian-era London.

Dracula will be aired as three 90-minute parts and follows a long line of British adaptations of the novel, especially the iconic Hammer Horror film series that starred the late and legendary Christopher Lee as the title character, Peter Cushing as Doctor Van Helsing and Michael Gough as Athur Holmwood.

Without a definitive release date, Dracula will rise in late 2019 or early 2020 on Netflix.
