‘American Horror Stories’ Will Return For Season 2 In July

by Thomas Tuna

The stories are more horrifying the second time around.

At least that’s what fans of American Horror Stories–the anthology spinoff of American Horror Story–are hoping for. The show’s second season will kick off on FX on Hulu July 21, according to a report on screenrant.com.

Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the spinoff’s first seven-episode season debuted last July, garnering enough positive feedback from fans to be renewed for Season 2 in August.

The show is expected to follow the same format as Season 1–highlighting isolated, individual stories rather than the season-long sagas in American Horror Story.

Last season’s ensemble cast included former AHS regulars Matt Bomer, John Carroll Lynch, Naomi Grossman, Charles Melton and Billie Lourd, as well as newcomers Amy Grabow, Danny Trejo, Gavin Creel, Sierra McCormick, Ashley Martin Carter, Madison Bailey, Virginia Gardner and Paris Jackson.

The powers-that-be are not showing their cards yet about what fans can expect in Season 2, but with summer fast approaching, stay tuned for the inevitable revelations sure to come soon.
