“Oh, you beautiful doll…” NOT!
American Horror Stories–the anthology spinoff series from Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk–returns July 21 for Season 2 on FX on Hulu, and a creepy teaser trailer dropped this week that may (or may not) give some insight into the horrors to come. Check out the video on this page.
This spinoff of American Horror Story–which was Hulu’s most successful FX series launch ever–spotlights a different horror tale in each episode, instead of the season-long arc featured in AHS.
And, from the spooky doll theme in this teaser, one might think these tales may carry through with that. Who knows? But the title of the season’s first episode–Dollhouse–might give a hint.
Cast members for Season 2 include Nico Greetham, Rebecca Dayan and Austin Woods, along with newcomers Belle Thorne, Judith Light, Britt Lower, Quvenzhane Wallis, Dominique Jackson, Kyla Drew and Kyanna Simone.
