by Thomas Tuna

Gametime is not always funtime.

All Fun And Games–a new horror thriller from executive producers Anthony and Joe Russo (Captain America and The Avengers franchises)–this week fleshed out its cast and started production in Canada, according to a report on Deadline.

The new film–directed by Ari Costa and Eren Celeboglu and starring Asa Butterfield (Ender’s Game) and Natalia Dyer (Stranger Things)–added Benjamin Evan Ainsworth (The Haunting of Bly Manor), Keith David (The Thing) and Annabeth Gish (Midnight Mass) to the ensemble.

Not much is known about the film as shooting gets underway, but a brief logline says the story follows two children “who play a game with their sadistic older cousin and awaken a cruel entity known as The Skarrow.”

The film’s producers include Sebastien Raybaud, John Zois, Kassee Whiting and Jake Aust. Joining the Russos as executive producers are Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Otstot and Holly Hubsher.

There’s no word yet about a possible release date, so keep reading Horror News Network for further updates on All Fun And Games.
