A24 Releases An Even Creepier Trailer for ‘The Killing of a Sacred Deer’

In mid-August, A24 delivered an eerie trailer for Yorgos Lanthimos’ (The Lobster) upcoming film, The Killing of a Sacred Deer. Between its medical-themed horror elements and its slow and creepy pacing, the trailer hit all of the right notes to get audiences curious and interested in the film. Now that we’re closer to the movie’s release, A24 have released a new trailer which ramps up the level of squeamishness that its predecessor inspired. You can watch the entire new clip below:

One thing’s for sure: this movie is not for people who are queasy about having medical work done on them! While the plot of the film is still under wraps, the new trailer seems to suggest that Barry Keoghan’s character is taking revenge on Colin Farrell’s character by targeting Farrell’s family with all sorts of medical horrors. The film also stars Nicole Kidman and Alicia Silverstone.

The Killing of a Sacred Deer hits theaters on October 20th, 2017. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for more details on this exciting project as they break!
