Deadline is reporting that A24 and Demarest Films are teaming up to distribute Kevin Smith’s Tusk. A24 is planning a wide U.S. release of the film in Q3 2014.
Currently in production, the film stars Justin Long as a determined journalist who finds the story of a lifetime in Mr. Howe (played by Michael Parks), a worldwide adventurer with amazing tales and a curious penchant for walruses. Smith is directing from a script he wrote.
