Vinessa Vidotto Joins Netflix’s ‘Lucifer’

Deadline is reporting that Vinessa Vidotto has been added to the cast of Lucifer. Vidotto, who is relative newcomer will play the role of Remiel, a “classic little-sister” character who admires her brother, the oldest of all angels Amenadiel. The actress recently graduated form the University of Arizona and starred in the 2016 short Piper in the Woods.

The character of Remiel first appeared in Sandman #24 and went on to play pivotal roles in the Lucifer series.

Canceled by Fox back in May, fans rallied around the series starting a #savelucifer campaign. Warner Bros TV realized the fanbase wouldn’t be silenced and pitched the series to Netflix where it was picked up.

Season 4 of Lucifer will be 10 episodes long and is set to debut in early 2019. Keep it locked to Horror News Network for more information on Lucifer.
