Universal Studios Orlando Announces Dates for Halloween Horror Nights 2018

Although it may seem a bit early, there is no time like the present to start thinking about Halloween!

Universal Studios Orlando just announced dates for their annual Halloween Horror Nights beginning on September 14 and running through November 3.

The full list of dates include:  September 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, and November 1 , 2, 3.  Most of these 34 dates fall on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, or Saturday.  There are no Mondays or Tuesdays available.

If you looking for an early bargain, Universal is also offering a Buy One Get One Free offer through June 6 on select dates (pretty much every day but Saturdays).  The offer gets you a free ticket for an additional night’s visit.

If you are looking for a less frightening alternative, Disney World also announced dates for their “Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party”  beginning in August, if you can believe it.   The event will run from August 17, 24, 28, 31, September 3, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 3, and October 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31.  Like HNN, this event is a special ticketed event that is not included with a regular admission to the park.

No information on the houses or scare zones that will be featured this year (last year featured Saw, Ash vs Evil Dead, American Horror Story, The Shining. The Purge, and Trick ‘R Treat among others) have been released at this time, but be sure to come back to Horror News Network for the announcements as they happen.
