Trailer Drops for “Winchester: The House That Ghosts Built” Starring Helen Mirren

Like most of us horror nerds probably did as pre-teens, I devoured all books I could find on serial killers, ghosts, demons and unsolved mysteries. During these sessions, I would often come across stories of California’s “Winchester Mystery House” (so-named by Harry Houdini).

Sarah Winchester, the wife of William Winchester – owner of Winchester Firearms, relocated from New Haven, CT to San Jose, CA following the death of her husband and purchased a small 8-room farmhouse on a large parcel of land and immediately hired workers to begin adding on to the house. With no master plans, Sarah had numerous workers who supposedly worked 365 days a year for 38 straight years to transform the 8-room farmhouse into a 7-story mansion consisting of 161 rooms including 40 bedrooms, two basements and three elevators. read more

Ghost Brothers Season Two Debuts in March on TLC

TLC announced via a press release today that Ghost Brothers will return to TLC’s successful “Friday Night Supernatural Strand” on March 10th, 2017.

Season Two of Ghost Brothers will consist of eight episodes ranging from a visit to, “New Castle, Indiana to investigate paranormal claims at the historic Thornhaven Manor, a desolate sawmill nicknamed the “Mill of Death” in the bayou of Louisiana; the maze-like home of the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose; a haunted elementary school in Middletown, Ohio; the “White Witch” of Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica; and more.” read more
