We’ve got good news for the Kevin Smith fans out there who made it to the end of Yoga Hosers and still want more! Variety reports that Smith is filming a new horror movie in partnership with Sarasota, Florida’s Ringling College of Art and Design and Semkhor Productions. The film will be titled Killroy Was Here, a play on words reference to the popular graffiti tag of the 1940s. This film marks Smith’s fourth horror project (following Red State, Tusk, and Yoga Hosers), and it is the beginning of a planned horror anthology.
Michael Parks, who experienced a career renaissance in recent years, died Tuesday at the age of 77.

Each director continued to use Parks in their films, in particular Kevin Smith. Smith gave Parks two starring roles in 2011’s Red State and 2014’s Tusk.
Smith praised Parks (through an Instagram post) stating that, “Michael was, and will likely forever remain, the best actor I’ve ever known” and that “He was, hands-down, the most incredible thespian I ever had the pleasure to watch perform.” read more
