Cast of Stranger Things Win “Outstanding Performance” Screen Actors Guild Award

Last evening, the cast of Stranger Things won a Screen Actors Guild Award for “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.” Competition was stiff this year, but the cast of the show won over such properties as Game of Thrones and WestworldStranger Things was nominated for a total of three SAG Awards. The other two nominations were for Millie Bobby Brown and Winona Ryder for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series.”

Stranger Things Receives Three Screen Actors Guild Award Nominations

Earlier this week, Horror News Network reported that Netflix’s summer hit Stranger Things had been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. The good news continues today with the announcement that Stranger Things  has also been nominated for three Screen Actors Guild Awards!

The show has been nominated for “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series,” and both Winona Ryder and Millie Bobby Brown have been nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series.” read more
