Get Ready to Travel Over the Rainbow in New ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ Trailer

Set to a haunting instrumental version of  the song Judy Garland made famous way back in 1939 in The Wizard of Oz, the latest trailer for the upcoming Godzilla sequel, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, is guaranteed to send kaiju fans “Over the Rainbow”.

The brief clip jams more monsters than you can shake a stick at in the exactly one minute long teaser, giving viewers generous shots of Rodan, Mothra, Ghidorah, and of course, the biggest star in Hollywood, Godzilla.

The film is directed by Michael Dougherty (Trick ‘r Treat, Krampus) and stars Vera Farmiga (Bates Motel, The Conjuring), Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Bradley Whitford (Get Out); Charles Dance (Game of Thrones), Kyle Chandler (The Wolf of Wall Street), and O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Outta Compton).  Ken Watanabe and Sally Hawkins (who appeared in Gareth Edwards franchise starter in 2014) will also return to the film, reprising their roles from the previous monster mash. read more

Mothra, Ghidorah, & Rodan Star in Trio of New ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ Movie Posters

Godzilla fans love fantastic beasts, and the publicity department for King of the Monsters wants to make sure they know exactly where to find them! This week’s king-sized trailer features new clips of fan-favorites Mothra, Ghidorah, and Rodan in action, and Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have followed up on the hype with a new series of poster art for each monster. Monsters Inherit the Earth in ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ Trailer

After a long wait, the much-anticipated trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters has arrived. The preview of the next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic MonsterVerse, promises world-wide chaos and in addition to Godzilla, give us the slightest glimpse of Mothra, Rodan and King Ghidorah. When these ancient titans rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.
