New Regency Lands Rights to ‘Dark Harvest’

According to Deadline, New Regency has picked up the rights to Norman Partridge’s book Dark Harvest. Michael Gilio will adapt the story with Matt Tolmach and David Manpearl serving as producers.

Published in October 2006 by Cemetery Dance Publications, Dark Harvest is a 176-page novel written by Norman Partridge. The story follows Pete McCormick, a young man who knows the only chance to escape his future is to kill the October Boy, a malevolent butcher-knife wielding force that rises from the cornfields every Halloween. read more
