The ‘Ghost Adventures’ Crew Explores ‘The Conjuring’ House in Two-Hour Halloween Special

Many people watch horror films on Halloween night.  Some opt for true tales of ghosts and demons via reality television programs.  This Halloween Zak Bagans and the Ghost Adventures team are combining the two flavors into a frightening taste combination in the form of their new two-hour Halloween special Ghost Adventures: Curse of the Harrisville Farmhouse (airing at 9 p.m. on Halloween on the Travel Channel).

In an interview with The Las Vegas Review Journal, Bagans explained the lure of the location and that “Ed and Lorraine Warren had received so much attention because of the movies and Hollywood that I really wanted to get in there and see the other details that weren’t really portrayed in the Hollywood films. I know there’s truth to it, but at the same time, I wanted to do my own investigation in such an iconic and well-known case.” read more

The ‘Ghost Adventures’ Team Haunts the Press Rooms of SDCC

”Ghost Adventures, LIVE” haunted the press rooms of SDCC following their panel on Sunday to talk all things spooky. Unfortunately Zak Bagans was not able to join the event, but Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley were on hand to talk about their upcoming visit to “The Conjuring” house, spirit social media, and dealing with fear.

SDCC Synopsis: Travel Channel brings you the paranormal investigators and stars of their hit series Ghost Adventures, LIVE at Comic-Con! Zak Bagans and his paranormal team share stories from their most memorable and horrifying encounters. Fans will get the chance to hear firsthand all of the behind-the-scenes details that go into creating this cult-favorite show. The team will also debut never-before-seen footage! To the delight of the many fans in attendance at their SDCC 2019 panel, Ghost Adventures’ Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley announced two new specials for the month of October including the four part ‘Serial Killer Spirits’ mini-series and a Halloween investigation of the Harrisville, Rhode Island home that was the basis for The original Conjuring film.

‘Ghost Adventures’ Zak Bagans Purchases Rocking Chair from Famous Warren’s Case

Ghost Adventures‘ Zak Bagans has a reputation for acquiring famous haunted objects for his Las Vegas museum, including the infamous Dybbuk Box, Jack Kevorkian’s van, and pieces of the since destroyed “Demon House”.

According to Newsweek, Bagan’s latest find is “The Devil’s Rocking Chair”, straight from Ed and Lorraine Warren’s famous “The Devil in Connecticut” case.  Bagans stated that the investigation was “…not only terrifying but also historic … it is the first time a court case’s defense team sought to prove a murderer innocent by way of demonic possession.”  Bagans also claimed that the case will be “…the basis for Conjuring 3, set to premiere next year”. read more

‘Ghost Adventures: Graveyard of the Pacific’ and ‘Ghost Adventures Live’ Anchor Travel Channel’s ‘Ghostober’ Event

Anyone who is a fan of reality-based paranormal programming is certainly familiar with the Travel Channel’s long-running (ten years and counting!) Ghost Adventures series, and as usual, the frenetic team of investigators will return with a new four-part series entitled Graveyard of the Pacific and their annual live adventure on Halloween night!

Premiering on Saturday, October 6 a 9 p.m., Ghost Adventures: Graveyard of the Pacific features lead investigator Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley as they head to “…a treacherous nautical region within the Pacific Northwest where the freshwater of the Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean. ‘Ghost Adventures’ Specials Feature Ghosts of Civil War and Annabelle this October

The Ghost Adventures team are bringing a host of Halloween horrors to fans this October, as they embark for the first time on a Four-Part “ghosts of the Civil War” Special (starting on October 7th at 9:00 p.m. on the Travel Channel) and they are also bringing back their traditional Halloween investigation special featuring the arrival of the world famous Annabelle doll to Zac Bagan’s Haunted Museum (which airs on October 28th at 9:00 p.m.).

According to the official press release, the four part special will feature trips to “…haunted Vicksburg, Mississippi, exploring the lasting impact the Civil War’s Siege of Vicksburg has had on the city. The team searches for paranormal evidence during lockdown investigations in McRaven Mansion, considered to be the most haunted building in the South; an antique doll museum said to contain dolls that come alive; an abandoned hospital; and the site of the Battle of Champion Hill.” read more
