Trailer for Season Eight of ‘American Horror Story’ is a Real ‘Apocalypse’

If you’re looking for mayhem, murder, and leather, the new trailer for American Horror Story: Apocalypse is sure to satisfy (and if the trailer seems incoherent and confusing, don’t worry, the season will be just as frustrating).

Season Eight of FX’s long running horror “anthology” series will bring together characters and story lines from previous seasons this time around, primarily Murder House (Season One) and Coven (Season Three).

Season eight also includes the return of Jessica Lange, who took a well-deserved break from the series after Season four’s Freak Show. read more

Season 8 of ‘American Horror Story’ to Return in Early September

Good news hit the internets today for American Horror Story fans who can’t wait for the upcoming Murder House/Coven crossover: we’ll still be sporting our summer tans by the time the first episode airs!

Ryan Murphy Drops More Details on American Horror Story Seasons 7 and 8

Last year around this time, fans knew absolutely nothing about Season Six of FX’s popular series, American Horror Story. The production of My Roanoke Nightmare was so secretive, that even the cast later revealed that they were unaware of their parts until just before shooting. This time around, showrunner Ryan Murphy is taking a different approach. He first revealed that Season Seven would be about the 2016 US election cycle in mid-February. He has since clarified and re-clarified his statements, and invited newcomers Billy Eichner and Billie Lourd to his established cast of Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters. While speaking with E! American Horror Story House Announced for Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights

Universal Orlando announced via their official blog today that a house based on three different seasons of American Horror Story will be the first of many houses that will make-up Halloween Horror Nights 27.

Michael Aiello, Sr. Director of Entertainment Creative for Universal Orlando Resort stated that the AHS House “…will feature brand new content from Season 2: Asylum, Season 3: Coven and Season 6: Roanoke. And to really blow it out, we’re using our largest floor plan—aka our uber-maze—to bring to life the three incredibly detailed seasons.  American Horror Story has some of the most intricate and intimidating characters I’ve ever seen. We’ve worked hard to once again bring this unique anthology to life, recreating the series with every turn of this maze.” read more
