Sid Haig Announced for CT Horrorfest 2017 and House of 1000 Corpses Movie Night

The co-founder of CT HorrorFest, Rob Caprilozzi, announced this week that actor Sid Haig will be appearing at this year’s convention and will also take part in a special movie night Q&A featuring House of 1000 Corpses.

The movie night is a new addition to CT Horrorfest and will take place on Friday night September 15th at 7:00 at the Palace Theater in Danbury, Connecticut, the day before the annual CT Horrorfest.

Haig, who is known for his recent work with director Rob Zombie as well as a wide variety of cult classics like Coffy, Foxy Brown, and Spider Baby (co-starring with the Wolf Man himself Lon Chaney Jr.) as well as appearances on virtually every genre t.v. show from the 1960’s to the 1980’s, will take part in a panel after a showing of House of 1000 Corpses and will also answer questions from  the audience.  He will not be signing autographs at the movie night, but he will the next day at CT Horrorfest.

Haig joins fellow horror actors Dick Warlock, Tom Morga, Adrienne Barbeau, Ken Foree and Tom King at the 4th Annnual CT Horrorfest with more guest announcements on the way.  CT HorrorFest will take place at the Danbury Arena in Danbury, Connecticut on September 16, 2017.  Tickets are currently on sale for both events at the show’s website.
